Platinum Web Design Package
Our Platinum Web Design Package is intended to be for companies and businesses wishing a more robust web site presence, with enough features, options and design latitude for an outstanding web presence. Your finished website will feature a dynamic home page and up to 15 internal pages, complete with linking structure, mouseover button and/or pull down menu navigation and photography support (photos can be selected from stock or supplied by you). As an no-charge option we can also add custom illustrated icons to your site (one per section and/or page). Our Platinum Web Design Package also includes a Flash animation of your logo that can be used on your home page or throughout your site. And when we're designing your site, you can keep in touch with ME, your designer, via e-mail, or phone so that your welcome input can always be factored into the direction your site takes. Your web design project will take place on our 'client only' Design Staging Platform. Once you have 'signed-off' on a final set of designs, your files will set up in HTML documents that are ready for installation on your server. We also include copy insertion in our Platinum Web Design Package so once we're finished the design setup of your site hierarchy, I will add your copy (supplied by you in Word or .txt formats). Once complete, your 1st Progressive payment will be due in the amount of $537.50. As an available no-charge option, I can also install your site on your own server (FTP access required). The Testing Phase of the site will take place for approval. At the end of the project, your web site assets and files will be available directly on your server. Once I've completed any graphic design extras for your project, WTC will ship you a custom CD along with your copyright transfer documents (where applicable). GETTINGSTARTED: Fill out the Online-Web Consultation Form. Our Platinum Web Design Package requires an initial payment of $1025.00 to schedule it in the production department. One Progressive payment of $537.50 is due at the time of testing. Platinum Web Design Package - Details
Exclusive Design Staging Platform client page for your project. We begin production of your new web site on the next business day. Includes site planning and consultation by phone, e-mail. Concepts and Design of your home page. Up to 5 unique designs with additional 4 major revision rounds available. Concepts and Design of your internal page(s). Up to 5 unique designs with additional 4 major revision rounds available. As these pages are based on the design selected for your home page design, these will generally be presented after home page design is selected. Up to 15 internal pages and home page (16 pages total). These pages are linked together as part of your site hierarchy map Mouseover buttons are included. Dynamic pull down menus are also included. Includes photography addition. We can add up to 16 total images to your web site (stock photography or photography that you supply). Includes sizing, formatting for web use and minor color adjustment and/or editing. Includes custom icon/graphics creation. Up to three (3) hours of illustration and/or design is included as a design option. We can created custom themed icons and/or graphics for each page and/or section of your site. Includes Flash Logo Animation. As part of your website design package, we'll create a Flash Logo Lick that can be used as a showpiece on your home page, or as a dynamic accent that can be added to your internal pages as a consistent reminder to your visitors of your professional image. Includes Copy Insertion & Formatting. Working from your supplied text documents (in Word or .txt formats) we will insert your copy into your web site. You'll be assured of a consistent web 'look' when it comes to fonts, font size and title and header setup. Search Engine Optimization (SEO). As we'll be performing a more exhaustive SEO procedure than that which is included in our Gold Web Design Package, we'll need to begin SEO optimization from initial planning and design stages. Once your site is set up we'll add relevant META tags and descriptions to help search engines like Google, MSN and Yahoo to effectively index your site for inclusion into their directories. Installation onto your server. As a no-charge option, we can install your new site onto your server. Requires FTP access and a functioning web host account. Any technical installation of application features (.php, etc) will be subject to additional hourly charges. Platinum Web Design Package – Deliverables to Client
A Platinum Web Design Package includes the creation of your website and delivery of all the files you'll need to install a working version on your server. You'll end up with access to all the digital files you require, including the formats that you can edit and/or update at a later time. Included are: HTML Documents: The actual text based files of your website. HTML documents include all the functioning code that makes your web site 'work'. Style formatting in .css (cascading style sheets) are also included so that you're assured of a consistent format throughout your site. Flash Animation Files: If you opt for a Flash Logo Animation to be added (no additional charge) to your website, we'll also include all the relevant files including .FLA (editable Flash source files) and .SWF files (playable animation files). EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files (when applicable): The Vector based source files of any design by The Logo Factory. This is a editable and scalable version of your new web site navigation, home page, from which anyone can create all other formats and image types. If you opt for a custom icon set, we'll also include these in all the relevant file formats as well. JPG files: - Industry standard for the distribution of high-quality images, while still remaining small enough in file size for bandwidth and download speed concerns. Supplied in at 72 DPI (web site and other electronic reproduction).
