Step
Two - Submit your new project.
Once you have decided to work with WTC for the creation of your
new project, you will then need to submit your project using
the online project consultation form to forward the details
and your initial payment. (Initial payment is based on the design
project selected. Some projects require the entire payment up
front.) This process allows you to forward a brief overview
of your business and the initial ideas for your new design project.
I will take this information and create a series of preliminary
design proofs. |

Step
Three - Login to The Design Staging Platform
Depending on the design package that you have
selected, the preliminary designs will be ready for viewing
in 24-72 hours (or 1-3 business days), depending on the design
project.
To
view these designs simply login to our Design Staging Platform,
a client only 'work in progress' area where you will be able
to view the new material. |

Step
Four
Once you have viewed the preliminary designs as a 'starting
point', you can continue through the design process, working
to revise and edit your design project until it's completed
to your satisfaction (and based on the number of revisions included
in your selected package). |

Step
Five - Finalize your new logo and download your files.
After the design rounds of Step Four have been completed, you
will be the proud owner of your new design project and will
be anxious to start using your new corporate identity right
away. To facilitate that process you will need to finalize your
project (through our secure payment forms) and I will begin
prepping all the formats that are included in your specific
package. You will then receive editable print files (.EPS),
web files (.GIF, .JPG) and specially formatted files for use
in most Microsoft office software. Additionally, if you have
selected a web-design project, your 1st progressive payment
will be due before posting the site for testing. |

Step
Six - FINAL Production and Testing (WEB ONLY)
Begin to coordinate any/all additions. Change graphical elements
and content, make any/all final design adjustments. Fine tune
functionality. Entire site posted for final sign-off, from client.
Once Production and Testing is complete your final balance should
be paid (through our secure payment forms). |

Step
Seven - Work on your add-on and included design material.
Many of our design packages feature add-on design features.
After you have finalized your new design project you can now
work with me on these projects, all on the Design Staging Platform,
and without leaving your observation. Login, view material and
then suggest revisions. I will supply you with project-specific
work sheets so the design of your add-on and extra features
are as streamlined as possible. This is also true if you decide
to utilize What’s the Concept? LLC to build your corporate
identity through Flash Animation and Brochure Design projects. |
